Bellarmine, triple cartouched.
This Bellarmine is an early example, the neck is wider than later examples, the Cordon is also thicker, resembling a hat above the mask. As can be seen the mask is large in proportion to the body, it also is triple cartouched with a design which appears to be a Goblin standing on a Mushroom.
Most likely of German origin.
